The Book, Trust Your Tummy is described as a natural digestive care book, and I like that it is based around simple herbs like Chamomile, Mint, Ginger, and Fennel. I also like that it provides great information that is timely for this Season! What with all the food we’ll be eating over the holidays it’s bound to lead to some upset tummies! So, it’s good to know we can use the information in this book, now available for free, for a limited time, and do so with herbs that are generally easy to obtain and inexpensive too!
The Courses at HelpfulHerbal.com are good too, the free course provides a good foundation, and remedies, in an easy to follow format. Which is always helpful! While the paid course, Foundational Knowledge of Herbal Remedies really is one of the best I’ve seen!
I think in this day and age it’s important for us to embrace helpful herbal information and learn as much as we can. I hope I’m wrong, but with the way things are going, people having to wait for hours to get seen, waiting months for operations, and so on! I think we all need to learn all we can to help look after ourselves as much as possible.
