Are you craving for the taste of wild rabbit meat, but don’t want to harm the snowshoe hare population in Nova Scotia? Do you want to enjoy a delicious and nutritious meal that is raised on natural pasture, without antibiotics or hormones? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you need to try our pastured rabbits!
Our pastured rabbits are not your typical domestic rabbits. They have a darker reddish colour and a more robust flavour that resembles the wild rabbits we used to snare, hunt, and sell when we were growing up.
They are lean and healthy, as they get to roam freely and eat fresh grass, clover, and herbs. They are humanely harvested and processed, ensuring the highest quality and freshness.
Our pastured rabbits are the perfect choice for any occasion, whether you want to make a hearty stew, a tender roast, or a succulent barbecue. They are easy to cook and versatile to season, and they will impress your family and friends with their rich and satisfying taste.
Plus, they are affordable and sustainable, as we offer them for only $7.50 per pound. Don’t miss this opportunity to experience the best of both worlds: the flavour of wild rabbits and the ethics of pastured rabbits. Order yours today and get ready to enjoy a mouth-watering meal that will make you feel good inside and out.

Looling to purchase snared rabbits
Hi Richard, I know how You feel, I also felt that way! Unfortunately there are very few Wild Rabbits! That’s why we began developing “Nearly Wild Rabbit”. We’ve had a number of Newfoundlanders and Acadian people seek us out for these, and have given us great reviews! Raised on Pasture, moved regularly, and more resemble Wild rabbit than domestic. Our “Nearly Wild Rabbit” has a darker colour and are more flavourful like Wild Rabbits! If you’d like to explore this option, please phone 902-907-0770.
