  1. Just cooked up a pork roast in my slow cooker this evening. Had wonderful flavour, and enough fat to keep meat moist, but not greasey. I am thoroughly enjoying the side of pork I bought. Thank you for raising these animals so well.

  2. While I have not personally seen the farm where the animals were raised, I have been personally involved by virtue of my friendship with Brian. Too many farmsteads are just production lines with little or no regard for the animals. It is refreshing to know that these animals are ethically raised and cared for . And the pork I ate was a testament to that care. It does make a difference.

  3. Brian and Dennis are wonderful stewards of the land and provide great care in all that they do. The pork, chicken and eggs are products of this care and it shows in the quality and taste. Some of the land they are farming has been home to four generations of my family. When I see Brian and Dennis working the fields I know my grandfather would be so proud and pleased.

  4. It brings me joy to see all that Brian and Denis do each and every day to provide a pastural environment for the animals. The fruits of their labour are tasted in the pork, chicken and eggs that I have been blessed to receive.

  5. I know it’s the best darn pork we’ve ever eaten – and the bonus is we know how they’re cared for and treated. We’ve visited Briden Farms several times, and there’s no doubt, these animals are loved and respected.
