When Smokey first come to #BridenFarm he come from a home where he was sitting on the couch, sipping coffee, eating Watermelon and watching TV. Now Smokey the Turkey is on TV!
We got Smokey about a year ago, and kept him for the Winter, before donating him to Hatfield Farm. Now Smokey the Turkey is on CBC TV’s This Hour Has 22 Minutes!

A year, or two, ago I cut, fell, some trees for firewood and just left them there! Now, the area is all grown up, and would be pretty difficult for me to get in there and cut up the logs and process the firewood! So… here come the goats! Watch this…
Snowball and here kids do an incredible job! They just go to work! Pruning, Grooming, and helping to clear out the undergrowth and clear the area so I can get in there and process the logs into firewood. As You can see in the video, it doesn’t take 5hem long, and they do an incredible job! Imagine if we added more Goats! This is really awesome! Great Of All Time (G.O.A.T.).

It’s been a good five days, our beautiful Goat, Snowball, and her kids Patrick and Patsy, have been in this little pasture beside our house. They’ve done very well cleaning this ar3a, pruning back our seven sisters roses, weeds, and other things.
More importantly they’ve all managed to stay in the pasture, and now the kids are trained to electric fence and have had no traumatic experiences and have not escaped. Excellent News!
