It was funny, Precious really, or perhaps doubly Precious! That’s because I was in the middle of creating a Podcast for our new Briden Farm Podcasting Channel with an episode entitled Precious Little Moments. This episode about our cat, Willow, having her kittens today! Then I looked up and this video is what I saw…

Now… That’s Doubly Precious! Right?

I much prefer having our babies born in the Spring or Summer, whether that be kids, piglets, chicks, or ducklings! Although I know my Dad, and many others, have their lambing season in February! I’m the nervous Papa and I’m not kidding!

Canadian Agriculture Day 2023

February 15, 2023 is Agriculture Day in Canada and we think the best way to Celebrate and acknowledging farmers is to buy locally grown agricultural products.

Perhaps even start the day of right with Woodland Pastured Heritage Pork and Briden Farm Fresh Naturally laid Eggs…

In Canada, Agriculture Day, is championed by Agriculture More Than Ever

According to Their website, “Agriculture More Than Ever is a forum where the agriculture industry comes together to share pride for agriculture on social media. Its 96,000 followers across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter engage in positive dialogue around ag and food, which contributes to creating trust between producers and consumers.”

One thing is sure, we can all agree Farmers, and their animals are important and in Canada they help produce produces wheat, canola, barley, corn, soya beans, oats, beef, pork, and dairy products, and they are among the biggest producers of these products in the world.

Today we raise a fork for the Canadian grown food we love and the incredible hard-working people who produce it, as well as the animals who help make it possible!

To show Your support on social media, show us how you’re celebrating by using #CdnAgDay and #BridenFarm
